Carbon Monoxide Sensor

The Carbon Monoxide Alert indicates a carbon monoxide sensor reported an alert.

If your Carbon Monoxide Sensor triggers an alarm, both the Carbon Monoxide Sensor and the Control Panel will trigger an alarm. Due to the nature of the alarm, our monitoring station will reach out to the fire department immediately to dispatch them to your premises, and then call you to notify you.

It is essential for you and your family to evacuate the premises until the fire department arrives and the premises has been cleared for re entry.

Sometimes this error occurs when the sensor has not been reset and is not reporting a reset to Frontpoint, in which case the procedure to clear the alert is to arm and disarm the system.
