Display Hub+

The signal strength of each sensor connected to the Display Hub+ can be checked at any time to ensure your sensors are correctly communicating with your panel. To check the signal strength of sensors connected to your Display Hub+, follow the steps below:

1. Tap the drop-down menu button to access the settings tray on the Display Hub+.
   

2. Tap Settings.
   

3. Tap Advanced Settings and enter your master code.
   

4. Tap System Tests.
   

5. Tap Sensor Test.
   

6. Before reviewing the sensor test results, open and close your Door/Window Sensors and move in front of your motion sensors to ensure they activate and work as expected. Activating the sensors will ensure the signal strength is accurate and up to date in the next step.

7. Review the latest signal strength rating for each sensor connected to the Display Hub+.

   • If any sensor has a latest signal rating of poor, it may be due to signal interference. For instructions on panel placement to ensure your panel or senor is not being effected by interference, see "How do I place my Display Hub+ optimally for reliable communication?"
     

   • Select the graph icon to the right of each sensor to view an individual sensor’s graphed signal strength in real time.
