Panel Replacement Overview
When your new Hub arrives, you'll need to login to your account and follow the steps provided to activate. See the step-by-step guide below for instructions.
Log in to your Frontpoint app
Start by logging in to your Frontpoint app. If don't have the app yet, you can download it here:
Alternatively, log in to myfrontpoint.com on your mobile phone. (This feature is not supported from your desktop)
Navigate to Panel Swap
From the left-hand menu, navigate along the following path:

System Control
Panel Swap
Follow the instructions in the app
You'll be launched into an interactive series of easy-to-follow steps, broken down into four sections. An overview of the four sections is shown below:

After you complete the interactive steps, you'll be all set and secure!
A System Overview guide is included with your new Hub, which will introduce you to all of the features and capabilities of your Hub, answer FAQs, and provide tips to get the most value out of your system. We recommend reading through the booklet and saving it for future reference.
