My Glass Break Sensor is reporting an offline or malfunction status
Check for a low battery signal in the history
A malfunction (or sensor offline) occurs when the Control Panel has not received a signal from the Glass Break Sensor in the last 24 hours. If your Door and Window Sensor reports offline or malfunction, check for a low battery signal in the history. If it has reported a low battery recently, change the batteries.
