How do I pair my Smart Door Lock with my system?

Once you have physically mounted the Smart Door Lock according to the User Guide that came with your lock, ensure it is powered on and can be smoothly locked and unlocked. To add the Smart Door Lock to your system with the Frontpoint app, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your account on the Frontpoint app

  2. Tap the Menu icon to open the navigation menu

  3. Tap + Add Device

  4. Tap Lock

  5. Tap Yale Touchscreen Deadbolt

  6. Tap Next and follow the remaining prompts to complete the installation

    • When prompted to trigger the Smart Door Lock, remove the cover and press the button on the side of the device

      Remove the CoverPress the Button

    • If the device does not appear on screen after pressing the programming button, select My Device Won't Add and follow the on screen prompts to clear the device and try again
