Ethernet Cable Unplugged

Ethernet Cable Unplugged indicates there is not an ethernet cable connected to your Hub. If this message appears there is an error with your system settings. The Hub communicates over a built-in cellular radio and wirelessly through Wi-Fi but it does also allow an ethernet cable to be connected but it is not required. We recommend contacting Customer Support so we can change the setting and ensure everything is functioning properly.
