The “Frontpoint New Product Survey – 1 Free Month of Service Drawing” (the “Drawing”) is sponsored by Frontpoint Security Solutions, LLC (“Sponsor”) and governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). The Drawing is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 50 United States and District of Columbia and wherever else prohibited by law.

Eligibility

The Drawing is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry (unless otherwise prohibited by law). Current and former employees of Sponsor, shareholders, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate families and/or those living in the same household of each are ineligible to participate in the Drawing.

Promotional Period

The promotional period for the Drawing begins on September 20, 2023, at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends on October 6, 2023, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”).

How to Enter

Upon completion of the Frontpoint New Product Survey, a link to which was emailed to you personally, you are automatically entered into the Drawing (an “Entry”) once the survey has been submitted. Multiple Entries for the same person, even if under different email addresses will be disqualified from the Drawing. Any other form of entry will also be disqualified.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS. Entries must fulfill all requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, incomprehensible, not received, or do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules will not be entered into the Drawing. All Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY CORRUPT OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE DRAWING MAY BE A VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By participating in the Drawing, you agree (on behalf of yourself, your immediate family members and your heirs, successors, and assigns) to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. In addition, you understand and acknowledge that all decisions regarding the Drawing and Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor, are final and binding in all respects. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Drawing should be directed to Sponsor.

Prize
There will be one (1) prize awarded: The winner will receive an account credit in a dollar amount equal to one (1) month of monitoring service.

The total value of the prize is dependent on the service plan pricing of the drawing winner. In order to receive the value of the free monitoring service, the Sweepstakes winner must be a customer of Sponsor. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of the prize to anyone other than a surviving spouse is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein.

The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and expenses associated with receipt of the prize and/or its use. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor, its affiliates, or agents.

Odds

The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotional Period.

Winner Drawing and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotional Period. The Drawing will take place within 48 hours of the end of the Promotional Period and will be conducted by Sponsor. The winner will be notified by email or telephone. If contact cannot be established by telephone or email within seven (7) days of the Drawing, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk, e-mail, or other security settings, or for the provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. The Drawing is final.

The winner notified that they have been selected is required to sign and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and a W-9 form within seven (7) days of initial notification. Non-compliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. The prize will be confirmed in writing upon return of the fully completed Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and the W-9.

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, prize won, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

Release

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates and officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or resulting from, directly or indirectly, the Sweepstakes. This includes, without limitation, a release of any claims arising from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize or from participation in any Sweepstakes-related activities.

Choice of Law

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes arising from the construction or enforceability of these Official Rules, or the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, regardless of its choice of law rules. The remedy, if any, for any claim shall be limited to actual damages. You also agree to waive any class action rights that may arise and the right to a jury trial.

Terms and Privacy

Personal information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at https://www.frontpointsecurity.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that all information provided as part of an Entry or the process to collect on a prize may be collected and used by Sponsor to send information, advertisements, or other offers it believes may be of interest to you and that such information may be shared with Sponsor’s marketing partners, in each case subject to your rights under Sponsor’s privacy policy.

After the close of the Promotional Period, a request can be submitted for the name of the winner by sending an email to the same address.
