How can I deter unwanted actions with discretion using the Indoor Camera?

The Indoor Camera's siren can be manually triggered to deter unwanted actions and sound a siren with discretion at any time, from anywhere, right from the Frontpoint app and website. Respond directly to trespassers both remotely and in real-time by triggering the camera's siren to blare a loud, alarming sound. Once triggered, the siren can be turned off by tapping the siren button again, or it will automatically turn off after 30 seconds.

To trigger the camera's siren, follow the steps below for either the Frontpoint app, or website:

How to manually trigger the camera's siren with the Frontpoint app

  1. Log into your account on the Frontpoint app.

  2. Tap the live video feed for your Outdoor Camera in the Video menu.

  3. Tap the siren icon to trigger the camera's siren.

  4. The Indoor Camera's siren will blare for 30 seconds, unless the siren icon is tapped again, and the live video feed, siren button, and the camera’s LED will pulse red.
