How do I change the Smart Door Lock's Additional User Pins with the Frontpoint App?

To edit exisiting 4-digit Additional User PINs and which Smart Door Locks can be locked/unlocked by this PIN from the Frontpoint app, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the Frontpoint app.

  2. Open the navigation menu in the Frontpoint app.

  3. Tap Users.

  4. Tap the three dots on the right side of the user you wish to edit the User PIN for.

  5. Tap Edit.

  6. Tap the lock icon labeled Locks.

  7. If desired, tap the existing Additional User PIN (access code) to change it to your desired 4-digit PIN.

  8. Select the lock you would like the Additional User PIN (access code) to lock/unlock.

  9. Tap Save in the top right corner to save the PIN.

  10. Allow a few minutes for the new settings to be sent to your Smart Door Lock.

To create new 4-digit Additional User PINs and select which Smart Door Locks can be locked/unlocked by this PIN from the Frontpoint app, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the Frontpoint app.

  2. Open the navigation menu in the Frontpoint app.

  3. Tap Users.

  4. Tap the "+" icon in the bottom right corner to create an Additional User PIN.

  5. Enter the First and Last name of the new user.

  6. Tap Create in the top right corner.

  7. Enter the desired 4-digit PIN in the box at the top or click the Generate Code button to have a random PIN created for you.

  8. Click on the toggle button next to the Smart Door Lock(s) that you would like the Additional User PIN (access code) to lock/unlock.

  9. Click Save.

  10. Allow a few minutes for the new settings to be sent to the Smart Door Lock.
