What is the difference between the verbal passcode and a user code?
Your Verbal Passcode is a word or phrase used to confirm identity when speaking with a Frontpoint representative about your account.
Your master code or user code is a 4-digit pin of your choice that is used to disarm the system directly at the control panel.
