Below are the steps every refurbished Hub Touchscreen must pass before being sent out to a customer.
Step 1 - Accessory List
A Refurbished Hub Touchscreen will include all of the following accessories:
- Wall Mounting Bracket
- Mounting Plate
- AC Power Adapter
- Instruction manual booklet
- Screws for Mounting Bracket (2)
- Wall Anchors for Mounting Bracket (2)
Step 2 - Assess Damage
A refurbished Hub Touchscreen must pass all of the following check list items in order to be re-used:
- Confirm Touchscreen does not have any cracks or deep marks
- Confirm no water damage
- Confirm no discoloration from exposure to sun or high wattage bulbs
- Confirm no battery leakage or damages
- Confirm screen is not damaged and shows no signs of distorted images
Step 3 - Test Functionality
Once we have ensured the returned Hub Touchscreen has all its accessories and has no physical damage, we then proceed with the following functionality tests.:
- Perform system checks
- Confirm Touchscreen connection to Hub
- Confirm Touchscreen is on the latest firmware status
- Confirm All alarm status work as intended
- Confirm weather forecast display
- Confirm Wi-Fi connection
- Confirm sensors signal and communication works as intended
- Perform System Reset to factory default settings
