To edit an existing Additional User PIN for your Smart Door Lock from MyFrontpoint.com, follow the instructions below:
- Log into your account on MyFrontpoint.com.
- Click on Users in the left-hand menu.
- Click on the name of the user you wish to update.
- If desired, type the desired 4-digit PIN in the box at the top under Access Code or click the Generate Code button to have a PIN randomly created for you.
- Click the lock icon labeled Locks below the 4-digit PIN.
- Click the toggle button next to the Smart Door Lock(s) that you would like the Additional User PIN (access code) to lock/unlock.
- Click Save.
- Allow a few minutes for the new settings to be sent to the Smart Door Lock.
To add a new Additional User PIN to your Smart Door Lock from MyFrontpoint.com, follow the instructions below:
- Log into your account on MyFrontpoint.com.
- Click on Users in the left-hand menu.
- Click the AddUser button in the top right.
- Enter the new user's first and last name and click the Create button.
- Type the desired 4-digit PIN in the box at the top or click the Generate Code button to have a PIN randomly created for you.
- Click on the toggle button next to the Smart Door Lock(s) that you would like the Additional User PIN (access code) to lock/unlock.
- Click Save.
- Allow a few minutes for the new settings to be sent to the Smart Door Lock.
