How do I add a Google Nest Thermostat™ to my system? ​

Level up your smart home by adding control for your Google Nest Thermostat™ directly into the Frontpoint app and MyFrontpoint.com. With the Nest thermostat connected to your system, you will be able to control everything in one app and even create event-based automation for your Nest Thermostat. All current Nest thermostat models are able to integrate with the Frontpoint system. This includes the following models: ​

Add the Nest thermostat to your system with the Frontpoint app

1. Log into the Frontpoint app.
2. Tap to open the navigation menu.
3. Tap Add Device.
   
4. Tap Thermostat.
   
5. Tap Google Nest Thermostat.
   
6.  Follow the remaining steps as prompted to complete adding the Nest thermostat to your system.

Add your Nest thermostat to your system on MyFrontpoint.com

1. Log into your account on MyFrontpoint.com.
2. Click Settings in the left hand menu.
   
3. Click Manage Devices.
    
4. Click Add Device.
   
5. Click Thermostat.
    
6. Click Google Nest Thermostat.
   
7.  Follow the remaining steps as prompted to complete adding the Nest thermostat to your system.

Having trouble?

If you cannot see the Nest thermostat option in the Thermostat section of the Add Device menu on your account, Product Specialists are available to chat. Just look for the blue chat bubble in the right-hand corner and ask for help adding a Nest thermostat.
