How do I change the Entry and Exit Delays on my system?

The entry and exit delays for your system must now be adjusted on the website.  Please use the link below to find a step-by-step walk through:

Important note:  Arming in Stay mode now has no exit delay by default.  Away mode will still have your programmed exit delay.

How do I create a Duress code?

How do I bypass sensors?

While any sensors left open will still automatically bypass upon arming, you must now use the app or website to manually bypass a sensor.  In addition, any automatically bypassed sensors will become un-bypassed upon being closed.  Please use the link below to find a step-by-step walk through:

How do I adjust the sensor chimes?

How do I arm my system silently?
