A panic alarm is a quick and easy way to alert the authorities in case of an emergency. On the Display Hub+, there are several different types of panic alarms available. Select the emergency support that is needed between the police, fire, or auxiliary (medical) panic alarm options right on the Display Hub+.
When one of the police, fire, or auxiliary (medical) panic alarm options are selected they will result in an audible alarm from the Display Hub+ followed by Frontpoint's alarm protocol, detailed here.
Both police and auxiliary (medical) panic alarms have a silent panic alarm option available as well. These silent panic alarms are followed by Frontpoint's alarm protocol (see here), but will not sound the siren on the Display Hub+ when triggered.
For instructions to trigger a panic alarm from the Display Hub+, follow the steps below:
- Tap the emergency panic menu icon at the bottom right corner of the Display Hub+.
- Select the emergency support required by tapping the needed panic alarm type.
