Malfunction or offline statuses mean that your control panel has not received a signal from that specific Glass Break Sensor in the last 24 hours. If your Glass Break Sensor reports offline or malfunction, check for a low battery signal in the history on your Frontpoint App or website. If it has reported a low battery recently, change the batteries. If this does not resolve your malfunction, please contact Customer Support.
