If the Recessed Door Sensor is reporting a tamper, it means there is a physical disconnect on the inside of the sensor (the larger transmitter piece). Please ensure the cap is screwed on tightly by using a flathead screwdriver or a coin to tighten the cap on the Transmitter portion. If the sensor is still reporting a tamper, please contact Customer Support.
