When remote commands from the Frontpoint App are not acknowledged by the Control Panel its due to a communication issue between the Frontpoint App and Control Panel. Ensure your Control Panel is connected to WiFi in the event the cell signal in your area is weak. Additionally, double check your phone signal strength both on WiFi and/or Cellular.
If your panel is already on WiFi, you have suitable signal strength on your phone, and you are still unable to successfully send remote commands from the Frontpoint App, please contact Customer Support for further troubleshooting assistance.
