Ensure that the internet is working adequately at the location of the camera and that the camera is still receiving power.
Check the Status LED on the camera. If the status LED is showing GREEN, this indicates your camera is powered on and fully connected to your home network.
If the status LED is not solid GREEN: Unplug the camera, wait ~10 seconds, then plug the camera back in. Please allow ~2-3 minutes for the camera to boot up and revert back to it's solid GREEN state.
If the camera does not go to solid GREEN, or you are still experiencing the issue above, please contact Customer Support to assist with resolving the issue.
