The notifications for camera recordings can be sent through several methods including text message, push notification and email.
To customize the notifications, from the home screen of MyFrontpoint.com
- Click on Video on the left menu,
- Click on Recording Rules at the top of the page.
- Click on the pencil icon for the Rule you wish to edit.
- Under the Video Clip Recipients section, click on +Add Recipient to add any recipients you would like to receive the notifications.
- Use the drop box to select the format of the notification as whether you want just text alert or for a thumbnail or the video to be attached.
