Start by making sure the chimes feature is enabled on your Control Panel via your Frontpoint App or website. If they are enabled check the following:
- Verify the notches on the transmitter and magnet casings are directly across from each each other
- Both pieces of the sensor need to be within a thumb’s width (no further than 3/4")
- Check for a recession in the door or frame, both pieces should be flush with one another
- Ensure the sensors are separating from one another by more than 3/4" once the door or window is opened
If the sensor still does not chime after checking the above, please contact Customer Support for further troubleshooting assistance.
