How do I update the password for my online login with the Frontpoint App?

From the home screen of the Frontpoint App:

  • Tap the Menu button at the top left
  • Tap Login Information
  • Tap on Password
  • Type in the old password as well as the new password in the boxes
  • Tap Save

If you have forgotten your Password, click Here

If you have forgotten your User Name, click Here

If you have lost a phone or suspect someone may have access to your account, you can force a logout of all devices that are already logged in by checking the box marked Log out all devices.
