How do I make sure there isn’t any dispatch if I want to test the alarm on my system with the Website?

To test the alarm you first need to put your account on test mode. This prevents a false police dispatch in situations where you know the alarm may be set off accidentally or if you wish to test the system by setting it off on purpose. The alarm will still sound at your location but our monitoring station will disregard it for the duration you choose.

To enable a test mode follow this link:

• Scroll down to the Monitoring Status section and click on the pencil icon to edit
• Click on the On button to enable the test mode and then select an end date and time then clikc Save 

If you wish to end the test period early click the pencil icon and then tap the Off button.  This will set you back to live monitoring immediately.
