Please disarm your control panel and call our monitoring station at 1-833-700-0212 to cancel the dispatch if the alarm was triggered by cooking or other sources you know of in your home. Clear out the smoke from the area and clean the sensor if needed.
If there is no smoke or rise in temperature in the area, and you cannot find a reason for the alarm, please contact Customer Support.
