If your Flood Sensor has triggered a false alarm, check if the metal contact points on the bottom of the sensor are touching any water, moisture, or metal. If they are, please move the sensor and dry off the contact points if applicable. If the sensor did not get wet or you cannot determine a cause, please contact Customer Support.
