How do I take down a sensor if I need to move it?

If you need to take down a sensor, we recommend using a thin tool like a butter knife, putty knife or dental floss to slowly work your way between the adhesive and the mounting surface.  This aids in dismounting the sensor without ruining the current adhesive or damaging painted walls.
