What do I do if my Keypad status says offline or malfunction?

A malfunction status will occur if a device is not communicating properly with the Hub. Make sure that the Keypad is within 100 feet of the Hub with no major obstructions between them and try to arm or disarm with the Keypad. If the Keypad still shows offline or malfunction, call Customer Support and we will help resolve the issue.
