A Panel Tamper occurs when there is a physical disconnect on the inside of the Control Panel. Ensure that the back plate of the panel is fully closed on all sides and the screw on the top middle of the panel is fastened to hold the casing together. If you have confirmed the casing is completely closed and the tamper alert is still present, please contact Customer Support.
