Double check that the Hub and the Touchscreen are both connected to the same 2.4Ghz WiFi network. If you are learning the Touchscreen in for the first time, make sure the Hub is in learn in mode by pressing the white circular button on the side of the Hub for about ten seconds and release when the Hub LED turns white.
