What happens when my alarm goes off?

In the event of an alarm, our monitoring station will first call you for verification. We will call your 2-3 pre-dispatch phone numbers on file and ask for your verbal passcode.

If there is no answer, no passcode, an incorrect passcode, or a request for dispatch, we will dispatch the appropriate authorities for the alarm.

In the event of a false alarm, please contact our monitoring station at 800-932-3822 and provide your verbal passcode to cancel dispatch.
