- Click on “Notifications” within the left-side navigation on myfrontpoint.com or in the navigation menu (
) on the Frontpoint app.
- If your plan qualifies for this feature, you will then see “Unexpected Activity Alerts” as an option. Turn the feature ON using the toggle to the right.
- After 30 days of activity, you will receive an email from Frontpoint, indicating the new alerts are ready to be sent. During the 30 days, our system will determine “expected” behavior to inform future alerts.
