If your WiFi information has changed since the initial installation of the camera, we can update it to the new network by using the same process used to add it in initially. Follow the below instructions to set it up on the new network.
- Press and hold the doorbell button on the Doorbell Camera until the LED turns an alternating Red and Green color. This will take about 60 seconds.
- Open the Frontpoint App.
- In the main menu, tap on the Add Device section.
- Select Doorbell Cameras.
- Tap on the picture of the Doorbell Camera that matches the model you have.

Follow the on screen prompts to connect to the Doorbell Camera and enter the new Wi-fi information. This will update your Doorbell Camera's saved Wi-fi information.
