If you're encountering an issue successfully adding your Outdoor Smart Plug, take the following steps.
- Ensure that your Outdoor Smart Plug is within 5 feet of your Frontpoint Hub during setup
- If both devices are within 5 feet of each other during setup, your Outdoor Smart Plug may need to be manually reset. To do so, follow these steps:
1. If plugged in, unplug the switch from the receptacle.
2. Press and hold the manual/program button for at least 3
seconds while you plug the switch into a receptacle.
Afterwards, reattempt to add the device.
