- If you’re moving, no need to cancel, you can take your system with you with one of our Mover Kits! You can find additional information here.
- If there’s an issue with the product or service, please give us a call or live chat with a member of our team so that we can resolve it and best support you.
- If you’ve fallen on hard times and are having trouble with payment, please give us a call or live chat with a member of our team and we will do our best to help with any options that are available.
After reviewing the above, if you still need to cancel your service:
- Please call 877-602-5276, menu option #6, any time between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, to speak with our Frontpoint Account Specialist. They will provide you with instructions on completing the cancellation.
Please note, additional payment may be required, including the final month’s payment for service. Additional information regarding Frontpoint’s cancellation policy and early termination fees are set forth in your contract. Your contract can be viewed on the Myfrontpoint.com website and the Frontpoint App under the My Account -> Documents section.
