How do I track my order?

For existing customers:

First log into your My.Frontpointsecurity.com account and select "Track Package" from the navigation menu:

You will be shown your recent order history:

myfp.com_track_3.jpg

 

 

For New Customers who haven't setup their login information:

Your recent Frontpoint order can be tracked from the My.Frontpointsecurity.com webpage by selecting "Track Package" at the bottom of the page:

From here you can enter in the phone number or email address associated with your account and click submit:

You will then be shown your recent order history:

myfp.com_track_3.jpg
