Video Device - Not Responding

The Video Device – Not Responding trouble condition indicates that a camera is not communicating over your property’s Wi-Fi. The name of the camera will appear in parentheses. This could be due to a power issue with the camera or the router. It can also be caused by Wi-Fi network issues and poor signal strength.

First, make sure that your router is powered on, broadcasting a signal, and other devices are able to connect to the internet.

Next, check the LED on the camera and ensure that it is on; a solid green LED means the camera is powered on and communicating properly.

If you have recently updated your internet provider, router or password, Click the option below, then select which type of camera you have to update the wifi credentials for.
